I'll leave any potential changes to the document to John.  Although
it's a minor change and possibly not worth making post-finalization,
I'd prefer if the phrase "The Maybe/Either equivalent of and-let*
from SRFI 2." were changed to something like "These forms are similar
to and-let* from SRFI 2."  Their behavior is quite different from
that of and-let* now, as we saw above.
