Unknown procedures referenced in specification of bytestring-error?

The following procedures are referred to in the definition of
`bytestring-error?`, but do not exist in the spec:
* hex-string->bytestring (presumably hex-string->bytevector)
* base64->bytestring (presumably base64->bytevector)
I don't know which one is the "correct" name here, I presume the
`bytevector` names.
