Yes, please do.  I quickly re-read the specs of hex-string->bytevector
& of base64->bytevector to make sure those were the intended
procedures.  (John can check me on this, if he likes.)

I remember it being difficult, while working on this SRFI, to remember
which forms use "bytevector" & which use "bytestring".  There may
be more typos waiting to be found.  I'll try to read the whole thing
over sometime soon.
