How about enum-set-union, etc.?  (Actually, these were the
non-mutating procedures I had in mind, but I'm glad to see you've
added the updaters as well.)

There's also currently no accessor for the enum type of an enum set,
even though every enum set must have a type.  I'd suggest adding this
accessor under the name enum-set-type.  (It's of course possible to
get the type of an enum set through one of the enum elements, but this
is clumsy.)
