It just occurred to me that I may have sounded as if I wanted to
stifle arguments against my proposal. Should this be the case, I'm
sorry.  What I meant is that I have the feeling we are running in
circles and would continue to do so without further input or a new
argument.  I am always to any more arguments and won't ignore them.
