For compatibility, I would support having something like "srfi-v2.css"
that has the new CSS, and moving the template to it. Some of the things
I would like to propose (dark mode) will break some older SRFIs, definitely.

SRFI 275 incorporates the dark mode CSS I have written for the SRFIs. I
might separate that out and then post that for comments.
