That looks pretty nice. However underscores are just as useful with
bases other than decimal. Do you mean that underscore parsing would be
always on for the #b #o #x prefixes? In that case maybe it could be
always on for the #d prefix too. If I understood correctly, the
compatibility problems raised so far all pertain to decimal numbers
without a prefix.
