I'm now ready to announce the Preliminary First-Attempt Draft of the
Interim Red Edition Report. I have organized the various SRFIs into a
single document, trying to bring the various sections into a consistent
format, removing material that really doesn't belong there (e.g.,
sections on implementation, and also SRFI administrative detail).  I
have left everything else unchanged, though I have scattered TODO notes
throughout about things that might require some attention.

The repository for this can be found at
http://gitlab.com/vmanis/r7rs-large. If you just want the PDF, it's in
reports/red.pdf. I chose gitlab because I'm familiar with it; if this
work achieves any kind of  “official” status, the repo can be moved.

Comments, suggestions, and other reactions will be most gratefully
received and acted upon.
