Such "meta" files sound like a great idea. And they can be extended to
other use cases. We could even teach Emacs to read them to learn more
about the Scheme code (e.g. indentation of coloring of special forms,
etc.).

The name "meta.scm" is short and sweet, but the ".scm" ending may
clash with a program named like that. So I would propose some other
ending than scm or sld.
