Exactly. Indentation settings are definitely one extra feature that
should be added. I can implement the Emacs end of things. We already
have <https://github.com/lispunion/emacs-lisp-local>.

Names thought of so far:

* meta.scm
* scheme.scm
* .scheme (i.e. a dotfile)

None of them are problem-free. It would be really nice to avoid yet
another Scheme file extension (stackoverflow.com/questions/36240629/).

Some people have a general dislike of dotfiles (e.g. many Go programmers
think they are a hack). They are also slightly problematic on Windows.
