I think it would be better to have a single srfi-offtopic mailing list, in order
to avoid creating too many mailing lists that are not alive and that we forget
the existence.  The idea of the offtopic mailing would be to gather everything
that does not really go into the other mailing list as a fallback mechanism.

Maybe offtopic is the wrong name.

My point is that too many mailing list is not good.

And for what it is worth, if I had to choose I would only use
srfi-discuss and srfi-n specific mailing lists.
