IIRC I suggested making such a list a few months back, but it was decided that having two lists for general discussion around SRFI is too much. Agreed that it's hard to separate SRFI discussion from non-SRFI discussion since SRFI is so deeply tied to all aspects of Scheme, and since R6RS the separation between the SRFI and RnRS design processes is intentionally blurry.
