In LIPS macros are first class objects, this may change in the future but
right now you can use.

(define λ lambda)
(define def define)
(def foo (λ (x) (* x x)))

It probably make things totally not compatible with any Scheme but I think
that this makes LIPS very flexible.

(define (foo fn) (fn 10))
(define-macro (bar y) `(+ ,y ,y))
(foo bar)
;; ==> 20

But this behaviour may change in the future when there will be expansion time.
Because right now macros are evaluated at runtime, they are like functions
on steroids.
