That was only comment about my shared hosting, not that scheme.org should use
php and piwik. Also warning that I use piwik on lips.js.org that I can get
rid of if I can some basic stats.

Of course not, if domain will not be redirected any more, Google can start
indexing it, but it probably will need some work to tell Google that it's no
longer redirect, easiest is to upload sitemap for that site to google web
master tools (after verification ownership), it's always good to have
sitemap.xml file, even if there are only few static pages, from what I've seen
pages are indexed faster after change, if there is sitemap. So if you work on
SEO of the page (improve the html structure) you will not need to wait so
much to see effects.

The site will probably need some SEO help, to make it to first page when
someone do search related to the language. I can help also with that, but
probably will not require lot of work, since when site will be ready people
will automatically link to it.

Also I can update links on Wikipedia that probably will give lot of traffic
and improve SEO. I don't do much edits on English Wikipedia, but I'm Polish
Wikipedia Redactor BTW.
