Right. That must be unintentional - Gambit is developed at a university,
not for profit. Scheme programmers are sometimes neglectful about adding
license notices, but you can always ask them if a license is missing.
Sometimes they are also willing to dual-license things for convenience
(especially BSD <-> MIT which are equivalent in practice).
