Sure - the change should only be made if implementers voluntarily move
their site's main URL under *.scheme.org. Even if we do everything
right, I anticipate it will take several years for a large number of
them to trust us enough to do that.

That would be very nice, but IMHO we should wait until we have the
paperwork done. From my point of view, that's the point from which
Scheme.org is "official" in some capacity, assuming that we also have
trust from the key people in the community, including major
implementers. Until then, we're just aspiring to be official :)
