It's an idea worth considering.  One way or another, I definitely think
that the "Basic specification" section needs to be completely rewritten
from scratch.  It will not be enough to clarify individual points.  It
needs to be fundamentally reorganized, IMO anyway.  I'm not yet sure
what the best approach will be.
