* Gambit/Gerbil, Gauche, Bigloo, Chicken, Cyclone, Chibi all have SRFI
18 in some form.

* Kawa does not - continuations are tricky on JVM, perhaps SRFI 18 too?

* MIT Scheme does not seem to have it.
