Alas, no.  It's the result of long, painstaking, manual research
in preparation for my talk on SRFI at the 2018 Scheme Workshop:

And I'm convinced that's it's not particularly accurate.  There's
no official list of what Scheme implementations support what
SRFIs, so I relied on implementations' documentation and web sites
as well as the Scheme Cross Reference site:

I recently updated that site with what I learned.  As far as I can
tell, it's now the most accurate source of that information.
