Would it make any sense to create a Schemecomm(unications) mailing
list at the same level as Scheme{doc,web,persist}?  Would it have
enough to discuss??

Or how about a catch all pre-SRFI list, since srfi-discuss is
officially a "mailing list for general discussion of the SRFI
process", but is the least worst place for pre-SRFI discussions?

That aside, I'd very much like for us to establish a peer-to-peer
transport like Amirouche is proposing, the official Internet is
an increasingly unfriendly thing.
