To get going, I wrote the first drafts of two proposals:

2022-1: Scheme Review (a meta document about the process itself)

2022-2: Symbols as strings (a simple library with spec and source code)

I hope someone is sufficiently motivated to submit a draft about their
pet topic (I have loads of them, but will hold back for now). It would
be interesting to see how the experiment will play out.
