How to submit a document. I have something - syntax extension, but I'm not
sure if I will post it. It was already discussed on mailing list when I
proposed it as SRFI proposal. But it would be nice if it's public somewhere
outside of my implementation. The feature all to add new syntax like # for
vectors, this is how I'm adding #, #u8, and the rest of binary vectors to
LIPS Scheme. Maybe will get better feedback.
