If the discussions are had on Gitea, yes.

If the discussions were had on GitHub, Slack, or Reddit, then people
would have to register to those. It's probably a reasonable minimum bar
to make people register somewhere.

Sending a SRFI is trivial compared to thinking about the contents of the
SRFI. You produce a HTML file, a Scheme source file, and send them to
Arthur. The only thing easier than that is Reddit.

If you want no structure, no process, and no minimum quality bar, you
can already post code to Reddit and ask for opinions about it.

Registering to Gitea should take <5 minutes. If people lack the patience
to do that, how can they write coherent proposals?
