I'll try to understand what you're looking for from another angle. If you want: - Free-form proposals, automatically accepted into the system. - Ability for anyone to easily comment under the proposal. then starting a r/schemereview sub-reddit would seem to accomplish exactly this goal. We wouldn't even need to make a new website since many people are already signed into Reddit or can sign up quickly. In fact, if someone wants to make r/schemereview, I don't have anything against that. The goal I have in mind is something more complicated: - #1 priority is high quality proposals. - Ability to have complex discussions about the proposals. - Proposals and discussions fully archived. - Proposals beautifully laid out on a website. - More people is good, but not if quality suffers too much. - Ease of use is good, but not if quality suffers too much. In other words, just like SRFI, but without the deadlines and the tight focus on Scheme implementations.
